La Digue, Curiuese, St. Pierre, Anse Lazio by boat from Mahe (Private Boat)

8 hours

Easy

A visit to some of the popular island surrounding Pralin, namely La Digue, Curieuse and St. Pierre

Departing from Eden island, Mahe at 8.00 AM, our first stop would be the popular La Digue island where you will spend around half day riding around on bicycle, or on foot, at your leisure (one can be hired for around 150 SCR per person, the skipper on board can help arrange that). On La Digue, the 4th largest island amount the inhabited inner islands group, you may experience is laid back, island style vibe, and cycling is the ideal way to experience it. Noteworthy places to see (apart from the island lifestyle), are Union Estate, Anse Source D'argent (world famous beach with beautiful rock formations), and Grand Anse on the other side of the island.

If weather and time permit, the skipper could then take you to the back part of La Digue island to view two of the most beautiful beach in Seychelles (Anse Coco and Anse Petit), from the sea.

Next stop would be Curiuese Island, famous for its history as an old leper colony, and now home to the largest colony of giant tortoise in the inner island group. For those who like scenic walks, follow the trail over the top of the island and through the mangroves, admiring the giant crabs along the way.

After Curiuese Island, we head to nearby St. Pierre island, a small rocky outcrop with a few trees on it, surround by corals and a rich marine life, for about half an hour of snorkeling.

With a last stop at Anse Lazio, to view this famous beach from the sea, and have a swim (weather conditions permitting), we now head back home.
